Our aim and objectives

Aim:

  • To define and promote the top ten reasonable adjustments that will help to make all marketing and communication accessible and inclusive – for everyone.

Objectives:

  • To produce guidance on how to communicate clearly and effectively electronically, such as on the web and desktop applications, and in print.
  • To consult with a range of associations, charities, public and private sector organisations in producing the guidance.
  • To promote the guidance to businesses, government, associations, charities, educational establishments and the media through an event to be held on 10th October 2006 (10/10 day).
  • To make the guidance freely available on the web
  • To persuade the marketing community in all types of organisations, to absorb the guidance into their best practice by incorporating a ‘Well Adjusted’ award into their annual awards
